When you sign up for a paid self-serve plan, you'll have access to all features on EdApp Growth or Pro for free for 30 days.  If you want to trial a Mid-size or Enterprise plan, book a demo with our team.

Yes. You will be billed for a minimum of 20 users for our paid plans. There is no minimum number of users on our free plan.

Self-serve plans are great for those who have the time and resources, and less than 50 users. 

Mid-size is best for organizations with 50-500 users and would like support with content creation.

Enterprise is perfect for bigger businesses (500+ users) looking for a bespoke solution.

You will lose any feature data that you do not have access to on the plan you downgraded to. Any features that you continue to have access to will retain your data as is.

You can use your credit card for self-serve options. Mid-size and Enterprise are paid via invoice.
